She’s a Graduate of the Journeyman 3 Academy, a member of the Exiles, an original member of The SF Bootblack Studio/NorCal Bootblacks and presently serves on the IMsL Foundation Board. She is responsible for bringing The International Sir/boy Community Bootblack title back to Northern California She became the Resident Bootblack for both the Powerhouse and Chaps II/ Kok bars, and the resident bootblack to the former SF Stompers boot store.  Presently, she Co-hosts The Queer Leather Happy Hour at the SF Eagle and continues to foster community in Leather.

Ms. V’s bootblacking process is simple, slow and uncluttered. She reveres the authenticity of the boot, above all. Spiritual in her Leather Journey she shines in her artful Leather Care.
